Hi there!

We are working in a warehouse project Core&Shell v4 and the project has two spaces for parking: one is for the employees and visitors and the other is for trucks with 24 hour operation, it depends the tenant's activity.

For the Reduce parking footprint calculates we don't have to count trucks parking, are we? with just reduce the employees and vistors parking is enough.

Correct, this credit measures parking used for commuters/visitors and excludes spaces used for business operations.

Thanks for your answer, I have another question ¿is the same for the credit green vehicles? it just count the cummuters/visitors parking, right?

Correct, if you check the Reference Guide overview for LEED v4 BD+C projects it states (as applicable to all LT credits): The following parking spaces should not be included in total parking capacity:

On-street (parallel or pull-in) parking spaces on public rights of way
Parking spaces for fleet and inventory vehicles, unless these vehicles are regularly used by employees for commuting as well as business purposes
Motorbike or bicycle spaces
