Natural ventilation

Dear Everyone,
Could I find out how to solve the problem of natural ventilation in LEED v4. How should it be demonstrated that the amount of air in the building will be guaranteed? Can I use dynamic modeling software (e.g. Macroflow) or CFD simulation be necessary?

Best regards,

The building is a heated storage in Poland. We does not comply with ASHRAE 62.1 requirements regarding to area of opennings. Also APC connected to german standard is not acceptalbe because the distance to openning is too big.
We wonder if it is possible to show compliance by calculation which demonstrates that in worst conditions we can supply enough OA ( based on ASHRAE  62.1 requirements for mechanical ventilation rates) by natural ventilation only for the building operating hours.
We can use IES VE Macroflow ( simple dynamic calculation ) or CFD
