Dear All,
One of our clients is developing an hotel in a site that is, by now, 100% greenfield.
The project:
- will preserve and protect from all development and construction activity more than 40% of the of the site area;
- will not restore any site area (because, as already referred, the site is 100% greenfield, therefore it does not include any previously disturbed portions).
Is it possible to achieve compliance with option 1 (on-site restoration - 2 points) in this specific case ?
Thanks in advance.
