Hi, typically, any building LCA software with LEED compliant LCA module will give you a report with exactly the required life-cycle stages and results split by stage, as they are defined in the standard, and you'll get exactly the required impact categories too (TRACI or CML).

Hello Rickard,  Included within the scope of Analysis - Complete building envelope and structural elements including material components such as: Footings and foundations, Structural wall assembly (from cladding to interior finishes), Structural floors and ceilings (Not including finishes), Roof assemblies, and Parking structures (within the building).  Included or Excluded within the Scope of Analysis - -Interior nonstructural walls or finishes Excluded within the scope of Analysis - Electrical and Mechanical equipment and controls, plumbing fixtures, fire detection, and alarm system fixtures, elevators, and conveying systems, Excavation, and other site development, and Parking lots  Note - This is based on the LEED v4 BD+C Reference Guide which is still applicable for v4.1.  Hope this helps!   

Hi! Does anyone know if a multi level aboveground parking structure (parkade) should be included in a LEED LCA if it is not attached to the building pursing LEED certification, but it is inside the LEED project boundary? Thank you! 

Hello Megan,  My understanding is any structured parking within LEED Project Boundary must be included in the LEED LCA. It may be grouped together or calculated seperately. Page 500 of LEED v4 Reference Guide explictly says - Include parking structures; exclude parking lots.
