Water uses not covered by indoor water use reduction (cleaning and cooking)

We have some uses that are not included in the indoor water use reduction, such as water for cleaning and cooking. Did anyone try to include those usages in the calculation? Should they be included?

Hello - yes, we have included these in the past. We include mop sinks and compartment sinks used for cleaning purposes in the calculator under 'Other.' The process loads table is the best section we have found for adding in the cooking equipment such as washers, ice machines, pre-rinse spray valves, disposers, food steamers, combi ovens, etc. We have gotten this approach approved many times. Hope this helps!
