WaterSense label req for existing Base Building Fixtures?

All the fixtures serving the needs of the occupants must be included in the WEc Indoor Water Use Calculator. If there are fixtures within the project scope separate Calculator must be provided for WEp and WEc. Base building  fixtures are not required to be WaterSense labelled. If applicable, cutsheets must be provided for base building fixtures. If not plumbing schedules showing the flow and flush rate of fixtures should be provided. If this is also not applicable images or photographs of fixtures and narrative explaining why/how project team was not able to provide cutsheets should be included. The intent is to verify and confirm that the flush or flow rate reported in the Calculator are consistent and accurate to the supporting documentation.  Hope this helps!
