Is it just me? I'm having a hard time finding manufacturer documentation that confirms compliance with CDPH, aqBB, etc. Most of them still indicate SCAQMD 1168. I can't even find it on HPDs or Greenguard Gold certificates. What am I missing? Any help much appreciated.

This one has been very tricky for some of my projects. CDPH v1.1 (or 1.2-2017) and other supporting documentation for meeting the General Emissions Evaluation is not typically found within standard SDS or MSDS documentation, but rather is a separate report or certificate issued by any number of testing organizations. These include Berkeley Analytical, Eurofins (I've seen this more in international applications), UL, and SCS certification - among many others. The full list of LEED approved certification or programs can be found here for meeting the General Emissions Evaluation, VOC content, Composite Wood Evaluation, and Furniture Evaluation: https://www.usgbc.org/resources/low-emitting-materials-third-party-certification-table. If you have specific information on the product or manufacturer, I might be able to help pinpoint this further.

Thank you Allan, I appreciate it. I did have that document but didn't see the correlation, now that you've pointed it out I checked again and see that it does have some utility.

I’ve found that many manufacturers have done the testing and will provide the report if specifically requested. Good luck!

If you have a valid GreenGuard Gold Certificate it 100% should have the CDPH testing information on it. if it does not its project Greenguard only or invalid. I find Google handy quite often; google the project manufacturer and model number and CDPH; or as suggested try UL Spot or Mindful Materials. Lou

Are Eurofins testing reports (tested and in compliance with AgBB and DiBt) acceptable for LEED credit application? Eurofins as such is not listed in referred 3rd party certification list.

Pg 674 of the Reference Guide states that "[l]aboratories that conduct the tests specified in this credit must be accredited under ISO/IEC 17025 for the test methods they use."
Eurofins does have a facility that is certified under ISO/IEC 17025 to do emissions testing: Espoo - Eurofins Expert Services Oy in Finland (https://www.eurofins.com/electrical-and-electronics/about-us/accreditations/). Although the test facility is not explicitly named in the certificates or test reports that I have, the reports do state that the test methods used are accredited to EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005.
I believe this qualifies our Eurofins certificates for projects outside the US, but I have not verified this with a LEED reviewer as yet. I also don't know whether all Eurofins emissions tests meet this accreditation.
