Lighting Power Density Allowance for covered parking areas

I have a project with covered parking areas. In ASHRAE 2010 - Table 9.4.3B, there is no category for covered parking areas. How can I determine LPD Allowance for this area?

If it is covered by a roof it is no longer outdoor lighting. See parking garage under indoor lighting.

Hi Marcus, the parking area is covered by a roof without walls enclosed the spaces, so it's not considered as indoor parking.

It is most definitely indoor parking. Many parking garages are not enclosed by walls.
