Fitwel for Hotels?

Hello all, 

Any Fitwel experts out there? I have a 30,000 sf boutique hotel + spa client who would like to certify under the Fitwel rating system but Fitwel folks are telling me that no scorecard is currently available to hotel clients (can't use mulit-tenant or resi, that a hotel scorecard is under development). Has anyone used Fitwel for a hospitality project? Any advice? (I will look into the retail scorecard for the retail spaces but it is a very small area).

Also, does anyone have a Fitwel contact they can direct me to? I am having no luck connecting with a real person other than the generic email address.

LEED and WELL are out of their price range. I can create guidelines to follow of course, but any other full certification suggestions aside from Fitwel?

We are working with Bryan Ross at the Center for Active Design on a Fitwel Community Pilot project.  He would likely be able to connect you to the right person for Fitwel building certification.  His number is 212/227-2831.  Email is bryan@centerforactivedesign.org.

Alison, We’re currently working on the first Fitwel certification of a library. So, while not hospitality, I can share some of our experience working with a project that isn’t quite the typology that Fitwel was designed for.
