NC-v4 EQc2:Low emitting materials

How can i assure compliance for low emmetting materials? A+ and ECOLABEL certification?

ECOLABEL and A+ certification are sufficient for compliance or we must also  quantify VOC and Formaldehyde emissions of our project by measuring? I am lost on this credit.

In other certifications, if i have a painting or insulation certified A+ or ECOLAB, i assure compliance,

Hi, these programs are not valid. US GBC operates a list of acceptable certifications and programs for the LEED v4 EQ Credit Low-Emitting Materials. There you can see that ecolabel and the French A+ program are not stringent enough for interior paints: https://www.usgbc.org/resources/low-emitting-materials-third-party-certification-table. You request a certificate or report on VOC and formaldehyde emissions from the supplier. This is much cheaper then having it tested yourself.
