NC-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

Baseline: Data Center HVAC system

Hi All,
I'm modeling a Data Center that include Data Hall, offices, workshops and a lot of technical rooms.
How can I model the Baseline HVAC system? Because:
- if I consider the Data Hall area compared to the sum of all the other rooms, I have system 4 for Data Center (Exception B) and system 6 for all the other room.
- Otherwise, if I do not consider offices and technical rooms together, I have system 4 for every thermal zone.

What is the right choise?
