Hi, in an offices building visitors must be surveyed? The building has sporadic events in common spaces and the visitors rate is irregular. Additionally, the Building guide doesn't address how visitors in office buildings should be trated.

Hi Jorge, you don't have to survey visitors in this case. Check out the "Who do you need to survey" table in LEEDuser's Viewpoint section. That's a handy guide that shows when you need to survey visitors.
