Agile Working as Thermal Comfort Control

I don't believe this would qualify as a thermal comfort control, since it does not allow for adjustment of air temperature, radiant temperature, air speed, or humidity. There's no guarantee that another workstation would offer any different comfort conditions than the first. 

The proposed path is sometimes used by project owners and designers to claim benefits to employees. However this does not actually provide thermal comfort control in that specific workstation since a user would have to move and plug in somewhere else if they were uncomfortable. This also could mean giving up other attirbutes of the workstation - close to or faar from break areas, central core, specific meeting rooms, windows, etc - just to be more comfortable. And as Tyler states, there is never a guarantee a more desirable location is going to be available.
