Option 4 Building LCA Clarification

Hi, I'm confused about this option, according to the LEEDUSER's viewpoint page of this credit, if I don't have any existing building to use, I cannot pursue this option?

Hi, Peko! You do NOT have to have an existing building in order to use the life-cycle assessment option.
