NC-v4 WEc4:Water metering

Is installing more than one water meter per subsystem ok?

The credit is not specific enough (as it is in the energy metering credit). Does installing several meters for different areas of the irrigation area (located in different parts of the project) ok?

And the same occurs for the indoor plumbing fictures: is installing one or two meters per floor ok? The latter would help for leak detection?

multiple submeters are ok and long as all water consumption of the applicable subsystem can be totaled.
