The Reference guide states: "Preferred parking spaces have the shortest walking distance to the main entrance of the project, exclusive of spaces
designated for people with disabilities".
Can stork parking and parent child parking be considered as an exception?
And if that kind of special parking area is a requirement of the municipality?
