Alternative methods of documenting an executed tenant lease agreement?

Hi there LEEDuser-verse,

Has there been anyone who has documented the installation of future tenant metering via a tenant lease agreement or an email acknowledgment between the owner and tenant? Open to suggestions as tenants for our core and shell project are still being selected.
