ASHRAE Std62 Max Vent (Z) Ratio Allowed - Trace 700

When building an energy model using Trace 700, is it permitted to use the "ASHRAE Std62 Max Vent (Z) Ratio Allowed" option available in Create Systems - Selection - Advanced menu so that we can apply a maximum fresh air percentage to our baseline systems?

Reducing the fresh air percentage decreases our baseline's outdoor airflow but will also increase the baseline fan energy due to the higher system airflow. Is this permissible under LEED v4 ID+C?

No this should not be used. The Baseline outdoor airflow would be determined using G3.1.2.6 and the supply airflow is sized using G3.1.2.9. 100% outdoor air systems are possible in the Baseline model for systems serving spaces with high outdoor air and/or exhaust requirements.
