LEED administrative consultant to assist commercial builder in Wash DC?

We are working on a large, commercial, LEED project in the Wash DC area, and the Construction Management firm needs LEED administrative/documentation assistance on their end of the process. The construction is underway but the CM lacks the staff.

Can anyone suggest a LEED consultant in the DC area that can work for the CM -- managing their LEED "construction" credits?

Noresco has an office that provides LEED consulting services in the DC area. If Abhishek Lal is still with them/there, he has worked on dozens of projects pursuing LEED in the area - from the design side as well as the construction side.
