For plaster (lime & clay) which credits are applicable in New Construction and Commercial Interiors?

Building Life-Cycle Impact Reduction?
Building Product Disclosure and Optimization – Environmental Product Declarations?
Building Product Disclosure and Optimization – Sourcing of Raw Materials?
Building Product Disclosure and Optimization – Material Ingredients?
Low-Emitting Materials?

Hi, Claire! Building life-cycle impact reduction probably isn't relevant unless you are doing whole-building LCA. The others are relevant, and I can't think of any credits you've missed. Those four are really the product- and material-related ones to watch for.

All 4 other than Building Life-Cycle Impact Reduction are relevant. You can use Building Life-Cycle Impact Reduction when you go with the entire building.
