Eligibility of facilities outside the LEED Project Boundary

Dear All,

we are currently certifying a refurbishment of an Office Building under ID+C - LEED v4. The refurbishment of this building do not include all floors of the building and some zones like common areas aren’t included in the scope of refurbishment – ex: changing rooms, car parks, corridors, etc).

In what relates with:

1. Storage and collection of recyclables – a waste storage room located in a floor that aren’t included in the scope of refurbishment are eligible for credit compliance?
