Hi Jens,  I have submitted this credit for design stage review for a Data Centre project in the UK.  The project team produced a plant replacement strategy, facade and roof access report in combination with a health and safety/CDM risk register to identify issues and review the design in order to mitigate or remove any safety issues with the project. These documents were used to populate the LEED checklist.  Important to note that engaging the main contractor during the Construction section is important to understand/ review what processes the contractor has in in place (and those additional processes required) to address the items within the worksheet e.g. Site Conditions, Building Reuse etc.  The main contractor split each section into 'Task, Hazard, Exposure' and added commentary accordingly - For example:  Topic 'Construction IAQ Management'  Task: Cutting plasterboard on site Hazard: Silica dust  Exposure: Inhalation of dust during use of cutting stations Potential Strategies identified during review....  'All method statements holistically reviewed to identify hazards, risks and
mitigation measures to be implemented. Segregated cutting stations/booths with vacuum attachments for cutting
materials ' Regards,
Oliver
