Hi everyone!
I´m pretty new at LEED certification process, so I will really appreciate your help.
We are close to upload the construction submittal on a project we have been working for about 7 years. We were planning to upload IAQ plan and 2 monthly reports per year. Is it enough? Is there anything else we can provide?
Thanks for your time!

Is your project registered and do you have access to the online template? All the requirements are listed in there. You have to upload the IAQ plan. You have to describe methods by which absorptive materials were protected from moisture damage during construction. You need to provide photographic documentation of those protection methods or check a box that confirms the contractor has reviewed your description of protective methods and employed those methods for the project. You have to say if you operated permanently installed air handling units during construction. If you did not, then you are done. If you did run the air handlers, you need to list every air handling unit, their manufacturer, what kind of filter you used at each return air grille (usually MERV 8 in the USA) and the date in which you replaced that filter before occupancy. Then they want to know the filter rating of that final replacement filter.
