Defining the baseline for the LCA credit

Hello,

So my question is about the baseline that needs to be defined for the LCA credit under v4.1. 

Would having the same design with same assemblies except that proposed re-uses part of the structure and the envelope while the baseline has an entire new construction be acceptable?
