As part of the requirements for this pilot credit, we are noting our participation in the Forum for a project located in Montreal that aims the LEED ND v4 certification.
A list of team members that must be present at each of the IPP workshops is integrated to the requirements. Since the project is still in an early stage, a member from that list is missing is the workshops but a letter signed by the client indicates that this professional will be included to the team at a later stage (but still in the design process), will it be sufficient to be compliant?
