Hi,
We are working to get LEED v4 BD+C Gold certification for multiple buildings (Office Tower G+5, Retail G+1, Canteen building G+1, Mosque GF, Service Block G+1). All buildings are located at same site and landlord/owner is same for all the buildings.
we've targeted separate certification for each building as well as LEED Boundary marked separately.
Regarding Light Pollution Reduction, our doubts are as follows.
1. Whether we can use whole site as lighting boundary to check the compliance? (landlord/owner is same for all the buildings)
or
2. individual building has to meet the compliance separately
3. If Yes for Question 1. Whether we can submit the light simulation report (while site) for all building's submission.
4. Is there any CIR stating the same situation?
Thanks..

This would be considered either a "Campus" or "Group" if a single entity owns the site for multiple buildings. LEED has a whole guide for campus/group projects.
https://www.usgbc.org/resources/leed-campus-guidance
You can do a single (SSc6), whole site, and use this for compliance for each LEED project withing the site.
Master Site
Exterior: The exterior lighting credit requirements apply to the area within the LEED campus boundary.
Group Certification
Exterior: The exterior lighting credit requirements apply to the area within the LEED project boundary.
