CI-v4 EQc2:Low emitting materials

Are Vision Strips Included in Low-Emitting Materials?

Can 3M vision strips be excluded from the low-emitting materials calculations? Technically it can be considered part of the wall panel system, or an adhesive, but it is difficult sourcing CDPH SM v1.1-2010 documentation, so I'm wondering if it's typically excluded in calculations.

Hello Diana.  I asked LEEDcoach about applied window films and the response was that it had to meet the CDPH requirement. I'm not sure what the 3M vision strip is, but it sounds like this may be the same.
