The relevant requirements in the v4.1 version of the credit are basically the same, so it would be easy to see how this ACP could apply, but the v4.1 credit is structured differently (no more Option 1, Option 2), so the specific language in this Pilot Credit doesn't technically apply.
Does anyone know of official guidance about whether or not this ACP is usable with the 4.1 credit?
