I am working on a LEED v4 ID+C Commercial Interiors /Fit-Out project that is pursuing this Pilot credit.
Do we use the Annual Baseline or Design Water Consumption ?

We used the Design Water Consumption and were awarded the credit. However, do not forget to include other water using items, such as process water or internal (and maybe external) irrigation.
