If you're registered for the Summit, you should have gotten this message from me separately, but I wanted to post it here too to be sure. It would be great if everyone coming from out of town could stay together! We've achieved critical mass in terms of Summit participants--this is going to be a great and impactful gathering!
Here are the details you will need to reserve your room for the MEP Summit at the Chicago Monaco Hotel (sorry for the short notice):
1. Call 1-855-546-7866
2. Let them know that you would like to apply the SmithGroup corporate discount (you will need to call to get the discount). With this SmithGroup rate we were able to get a rate of $206 for Monday night and $260 for Tuesday night.
We would encourage you to reserve your room as soon as possible as we were told that it is near full. We have reserved a few rooms in case the hotel is booked when you call, so be in touch with me directly if you run into any challenges.
