Because your project is located in Canada, using the Ecologo disinfectant standard is a good approach. The reason that UL/Ecologo 2794 was not included in the credit is because this program is not recognized by the US EPA which must approve/register all disinfectant/pesticide products sold in the US.  As a side note, the only "green" disinfectants approved by the US EPA are those that are involved with EPA's Safer Choice Program which will allow the manufacturer to include EPA's Design for the Environment logo on the product's label. If you want more info, please let me know.  And as I stated at the beginning, because your project is in Canada you can use the Ecologo disinfectant standard to demonstrate compliance with the credit requirements.
