Cooling tower counted in WEp2?

Hi LEED experts, my factory has a cooling tower but it's for manufacture process, not for the HVAC system. Will this type of Cooling tower be taken into account for this Prerequisite? Thanks for your advice.

if the cooling tower is within the project scope then yes, it would need to adhere to the prereq requirements regardless if it is a process cooling tower or HVAC cooling tower.
