Hi Team,
Regarding..... Install electrical vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) in 2% of all parking spaces used by the project. Does this mean that each of the 2% parking spaces have to have a dedicated EVSE or that 2% has to be covered by an ESVE? For example if the 2% comes down to 6 parking spaces; can I install 2 chargers with long enough cables to cover the 6 spots or I need to put 6 chargers, one for every spot. I hope I explained myself.
Andres.

Hi Andres,
All required spaces need to have EVSE access. In other words, if 6 spaces are required, would you be able to accommodate 6 EV's charging at the same time.

What if you are dealing with a lot more spots let say in the thousands? You can design the parking lot to maximize usage so one charging station with dual plugs can charge 4 spots, two at a time. Would this meet the intent?

You have to have a plug available for every car in a spot. Stations that have 2 or more plugs as part of their design could be used to service more than one space. Include cut sheets.
