LEED v4-certified projects in India are gradually increasing. While some requirements in LEED v4 are challenging to comply with in the Indian context, there are a few others that are particularly easy. The following points summarize many high-level approaches for a new construction project.
Location and Transportation
Parking requirements as per local by-laws are commonly higher for typical office buildings in most locations. Hence reducing parking requirements from the LEED baseline is challenging.
