Hi folks,
There are a few Peer-Network related opportunities at the AIA Conference on Architecture, and it's coming up soon (June 4-8)! If you'll be in town, I hope you can join us! And if you're speaking at the Conference, let us know--whatever people in this network are talking about is likely to be super-interesting to the rest of us.
- Small-firm SD Leaders Inaugural Summit: We'll have a half-day workshop on Wednesday, June 5 that will be the first in-person gathering of the Small Firm SD Leaders. "Small Firm" in our world actually includes what some would call "mid-sized"--up to 50 people. If you know of people in firms of that size who would benefit from SDL connections, please put them in touch with us.
- Show-and-Tell Wednesday evening--the ever-popular Slide Slam from Greenbuild is now happening at AIA Conference as well! Come share the Cliff Notes version of your conference presentation, or anything else you're excited about. Or just sit back and enjoy the fun. We'll have a registration page up soon so we know how many people to plan for. For now, just hold that time!
- Charrettes Workshop--catch three of us from the Peer Networks at this Wednesday morning workshop on how to plan and run a great charrette: Corey Squire (Lake|Flato), Gwen Fuertes (LMS), and me, along with Kathleen Smith from ILFI.
What else is going on there that we should all know about? What workshop or session are you in?
