Hi Leticia: It is hard to find! Go to the LEED Credit Library on the USGBC website (www.usgbc.org/credits). Click on "Pilot Credits" and then your desired pilot credit page. Scroll ALL the way to the bottom. You'll see a green button that says "register for the pilot credit." Below you'll see a note "Complete the Feedback Survey" and blue buttons with a series of numbers. USGBC groups several pilot credit surveys together. For Pilot Credit 44, select "Credits 43-56." When you finish the survey, you'll receive an email confirmation to upload to LEED-Online. Hope this helps!

FYI - Registering for Pilot Credits has changed for BD+C and ID+C (v4 and v4.1) projects. You now register for pilot credits in LEED Online in the Innovation credits section, select the 'pilot credits' sub-menu to register. The survey is still found in the credit library for that pilot credit (look for "Feedback Survey").

Our project registered for this pilot credit (EQpc44 - Ergonomics Approach for Computer Users) on 2/17/2022. However, due to the subsequent change in the registration process for pilot credits that Allison Smith notes above, and the closure of this pilot credit, we are unable to convince the form in LEED-online to recognize this as a pilot credit for the project to pursue. We are planning to submit all documentation for this credit under the "special circumstances" section, unless someone here can point us to a better work-around. Thoughts?
