Do the required savings for this prerequisite (and credit) need to come only from building energy, or also process loads?

USGBC has the Advanced Energy Modeling for LEED Technical Manual v2.0 for LEEDv2009, which was helpful.  We cannot find an updated version for v4.  Does anyone know if this exists and where it is or if there are plans for an updated version?
