Projects located where standard supply pressure is different than the LEED baseline supply pressure

In LEED v4.1 WE Prerequisite: Indoor Water Use Reduction requirement, it reads:

Projects located where standard supply pressure is different than the LEED baseline supply pressure may calculate the water consumption of flow fixtures and fittings at the local standard supply pressure; the supply pressure must be consistent in the baseline and proposed case.

How can we show proposed water flow rates in different supply pressure? Are there baseline water flow curves we can refer to?

Oh I made an error. I meant "baseline" water flow rates in different supply pressure.

Hi Maki, Have you solved this issue? I have posted a similar question in LEED v4.1 section but no one has answered. I'm about to submit the last review, but I'm quite worried that my interpretion is not right and we have to request for an appeal. Thanks

Hi Isabel, No unfortunately we have not solved this issue. We decided to use cutsheets to show the design water flow rates when we cannot find the design fixture flow curves, and they were fine with our project.

Hi Maki, But those cutsheets of the equipment had the design water flow rates in pressure 415 kPa or other?  Thanks

Hello Everyone,  We receive a data sheet from a manufacturer of a shower head but we do not know how to know if the flow rate meets the prerequisite,LEED or not, because the manufacturer did not clearly write the flow rate but they provided a curve of flow rate according to pressure (He gave the flow rates that correspond to pressures between 1 bar and 3 bars), while LEED specifies the flow rates that correspond to the pressure of 415 KPA / 4.15 Bar. What can I do knowing that the manufacturer does not give any flow value for 4.15 Bar ?

1. Link is not correct - one must delete "-0%C2%A0" from the end of the link. 2. At my project we converted flow for different pressure - plumbing engineers are capable to make it (Hagen–Poiseuille equation).

Since there are two of these posts that are similar, I'll clarify in both locations. Yes, there is something weird with the hyperlink. But if you delete the end part, it'll take you to a dead end. There are two posts with the same title "How can I check the conformity of a technical data sheet for a shower head?", so if the hyperlink doesn't take you to the one with the response that mentions v4 addenda 100001990 where Bipin Karki responded, please search for the other by just entering the post title.
