Are designated smoking areas required?

My project prohibits smoking onsite and within 50 ft of the building. There are no designated smoking areas on the property. Are we required to set up a designated smoking area for credit compliance, or does enforcing a strict no smoking policy within 50 ft of the building satisfy the requirement?

Hi Anna, you are compliant without a designated smoking area. You don't need to create one.
