NC-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

Clarifications in automatic lighting controls - Occupancy sensor, Programmable dimming control

Dear Concern:-

we have industrial manufacturing with office building we have applied LEED V4 NC certification

we don't have any Lighting controls in our project but our previous project have review comments like lighting control is mandatory for basecase and proposed case as per ASHRAE 9.4.1 but we have modelled the design case lighting power as per real case and considered the lighting sensor for basecase additionally we have consider the power adjustment for lighting control only in base case for Example  ifthe basecase LPD is 1.0 W/Sq.ft but we have modeled it in 0.9 W/Sq.ft as per APP G

So we have the following Doubts

1.Is the Lighting control mandatory in only basecase or bothcase

2.Is the project minimum project requirement need lighting control for ll space except restroom, staircase, lobby

(but it is not mandatory in LEED Books we have check  minimum project requirements and minimum Energy performance credit )

1. both - they must be modeled in the baseline and actually included in the proposed design 2. yes - all mandatory provisions must be included in the proposed project - this is in the credit language
