For this credit our project had a unique challenge in that many adjacent city blocks were also under construction meaning that the environmental noise impacts to our site would be constantly evolving. One such adjacent project was for an events center. Future noises coming from that events center would be difficult to predict, luckily we were able to obtain a detailed Environmental Impact Report (EIR) of the events center and were able to use that information to gain a better understanding of how the existing ambient conditions would change.
