JUST Disclosure: Internal Communications

Less a question and less specific to how to document IPpc90, my organization has just published its JUST disclosure and has embarked on an internal communications program to increase the impact this disclosure has within our firm. If other organizations are considering making a disclosure and/or already have, I'd be interested in trading notes on how you've advanced conversations in your firm after making such a public disclosure.

Hi Allison, We recently received our JUST certification as well - are you asking about internal or external communication & outreach? We have a blog post about it on our website; I'll ask if we have done more than that.

Hi David,
We similarly did the external corporate website blog post, but we also have an internal intranet that we did a series of postings on as well as an open forum Q&A session for folks to engage with our firm's responses to the various JUST elements. I'm simply curious what other organizations have done/are doing to keep this content relevant as they continue to make progress towards greater equity, diversity, and inclusion among other social justice issues.
