Is my site previously developed?

What exactly does LEED mean by residential neighborhood or area?

Only a portion of my complying residential development lies within the ½-mile radius. Will this suffice for credit compliance?

Hi, we are pursuing the option 2 and we have no problems selecting the 10 basic services within a 1/2 mile since we are located on an urban core area.
In the new leed online form, the Development density of the surrounding residential zone or neighborhood (units/hectare) is requested, how excatly should we document this? I have no doubt we comply, but we just do not know how to document it.
Can someone clarify it for us.
