Working on a NC v4 project that has unfinished spaces with no ceilings or HVAC. The exterior glazing and building envelop is complete. To put this into perspective about 85% of the project is finished floor space. Only about 15% is unfinished. Unfinished spaces have no subdividing walls and will not be built out until a tenant is selected and an interior design is completed. Timeframe is unknown for build out.
My question: Do I include unfinished spaces in Quality Views calcs using initial unfinished plans? Or exclude from calcs entirely since spaces are unfinished???
