Hi,
we’re currently evaluating LEED compliance of an office building. In what relates with showers, LEED default usage patterns points that 10% of building occupants (FTEs) are expected to have a shower on the building daily. Can we use this default figure independently of the number of showers and FTEs ? For instance, if a building has 2.000 FTEs and 2 showers, can we still consider that 10% of FTEs have daily showers ? If not, are there any default figures for showers usage applicable to these situations ?

I'm not sure if I'm following your question, but here goes:
For the Water Use Reduction prereq/credit, there is no required minimum number of showers or specific number of uses required. In the Water Use Calculator, if your project has showers, you should just have a line item for the shower fixture, populate the flow rate, and tell the calculator what percentage of your FTEs have access. Anything less than 100% will need a narrative explaining why not all FTEs have access. The tool already has the default uses built into the calculations, so you typically don't need to alter that value unless there's something specific about your project that warrants it. In the case that you do, I would provide an explanation as to why the default value wasn't appropriate.
If you're looking at the Bicycle Facilities credit, though, there is a minimum requirement there associated with your occupant counts.
