Routine maintenance only- is a Facility Renovation Waste Management Plan necessary?

My project diverted furniture during the performance period. The furniture is documented under this credit. Other than that, the project did not undergo any major renovations. Do I still need to upload a Waste Management Plan for facilities renovation, when none occurred?

Hi Anna, a "project-specific waste management plan" is only needed for this credit when a renovation project takes place. Your furniture disposal is just normal ongoing waste, and not part of a renovation project, so you don't need to develop a separate plan.

Hi Trista, Just further clarification, Do we still qualify for two points under this credit, even if we don't carry any rennovation works at all?

Hi Omar - this falls under Option 3 which says "make no alterations to the project space and do not purchase any furniture." This option earns 1 point.
