NC-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

Baseline monozone VAV

Hello,

I've a doubt regarding modeling a monozone baseline system (system 4).

Table G3.1.1B states that system 4 are constant volume. However, when I performe autosizing, some of the systems have cooling coils with a cooling capacity greater than 32kW. As per section 6.4.3.10, b), should I model these systems as VAV (variable flow or 2-speed)?

All of the baseline systems should be constant volume fans. Table G3.1 will tell you when the mandatory provisions apply to the baseline.
