I have simulated the quality view in the IES VE and created a report according to the simulation results. while the reviewer said that I need to provide documentation confirming that at least 75% of the regularly occupied floor area has contributing views that meet at least two of view types; which is shown in the report.
Question: How could I create the documents that satisfy the requirements of LEED documentations from the simulation results of IES VE？

This worked for us:
we typically generate a room schedule sheet, which has all the spaces, their area square footages, and classified according to whether or not each is regularly occupied, non-regularly occupied, etc. (You need this for the Ventilation credits anyway.)
It's fairly simple IF every part of a space has access to quality views. Then it is just a matter of adding these all up. If only a portion of a space has access to quality views, you will report just that part. This can get onerous if you have large, complex buildings. I would start with the straightforward spaces, and see how much more you'd need to report in order to achieve the Credit percentage.
