Energy Star Equipment - UPS Systems

I received a general review comment back on this credit regarding the inclusion of the UPS system in our Energy Star Equipment table. The project does not have point of use UPS, rather two central building UPS systems. Do those need to be included since they are not apart of the tenet installation?

I don't think so since CI projects only need to include the equipment provided by the owner and that within the project's scope of work.

The credit only applies to new equipment procured to serve the project. If it's existing, it's exempt. If it's new to support your project, yet provided by other parties, it should be included.
