The site noise assessment must be at least 24 hours long. Is there a similar requirement for the post-construction test? The language says only "Average exterior noise level (Leq, 8h) of 45 dBA".

Am I correct to understand, that this noise assessment can also be 'qualitative' (interpreting it as not requiring specific numbers) to assess noise conditions?
Is a short-time sample (in minutes) measurement (during the noisiest equipment cycling time (e.g. at noon to test external dry-cooler noise levels at site boundary)) and making decisions based on that result acceptable?
I think measurements or calculations demonstrating that the noise levels are met must be submitted as documentation. So qualitative assessment will not be enough..
In the credit they indeed require a qualitative assessment, but for documentation calculations are required. I would say this doesn't add up. However, based on the requirements it will be difficult to document compliance without any calculations. Is a post construction test also required if (pre construction) calculations are provided?
